日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、深度参与TikTok社交产品方向的产品与运营工作，重点支持AIGC/LLM在社交场景中的探索、落地与优化； 2、支持AIGC/LLM相关社交产品项目：参与AI驱动的社交功能（如AI辅助表达、智能互动、内容生成、Avatar、聊天增强等）的探索与日常推进，协助梳理用户使用场景、产品假设与需求文档（PRD/方案草稿）； 3、用户与内容侧运营支持：参与AIGC能力在社交产品中的冷启动、用例设计与种子用户观察，收集、整理用户反馈与行为案例，沉淀高价值使用方式（Prompt、Interaction Pattern、UGC示例等）； 4、数据与效果分析：跟踪核心指标（如使用率、转化率、留存、互动深度等），输出基础分析与结论，协助A/B实验、功能迭代前后的效果对比与总结； 5、市场与行业研究：关注国内外AIGC/LLM在社交、内容创作、虚拟人等方向的产品动态，输出结构化市场分析、趋势总结或内部分享材料； 6、跨团队协作：与产品经理、算法、设计、运营等角色协作，推动想法从概念到落地，协助推进日常项目节奏、会议纪要与信息同步。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对社交产品、AIGC、LLM/Chatbot/多模态生成有强烈兴趣； 3、逻辑清晰、学习能力强，能快速理解新产品和复杂概念； 4、具备良好的中英文阅读与书面表达能力。

加分项 1、有使用或研究过LLM/AIGC产品（如ChatGPT、Claude、Midjourney、Sora、各类AI社交/创作工具）； 2、对Prompt设计、AI内容生成、虚拟人/Avatar、社交表达有自己的理解； 3、有产品/运营/数据分析/用户研究相关实习或项目经验； 4、熟悉Excel/Sheets/SQL/Python/Notion/Figma等任一工具； 5、是重度社交产品或内容平台用户，对用户行为高度敏感。
