日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与TikTok AI社交创作产品的效果评测与标准建设，梳理不同创作场景下“什么是好效果”，沉淀清晰、可执行的评测标准、标注说明与典型案例； 2、组织开展线上巡检和效果优化，基于评测结果和具体案例定位问题，建设和优化评测集，与设计、产品及相关团队共同明确优化方向，并通过多轮对比评测验证改进效果； 3、关注社交平台热梗、流行文化、视觉趋势和年轻用户表达方式，快速提炼可创作、可传播的内容主题，策划热门创作玩法，并结合实际产出和用户反馈持续迭代玩法方向。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计、新闻传播、广告、影视、文学、社会学、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、对AI社交产品、视觉创作和互联网文化有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备良好的内容判断力与审美能力，能够从创意、视觉、语义和使用场景等角度判断作品质量，并清晰解释“好在哪里、问题是什么、如何改进”； 4、对热点和流行文化敏感，熟悉TikTok、Instagram、Reddit、YouTube等国际平台，能够理解热梗的语境、生命周期和传播方式，并将趋势转化为具体的创作模板； 5、具备较强的归纳分析和结构化表达能力，能够从分散案例中总结共性问题，将主观体验转化为明确的标准。
