日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化内容安全平台团队致力于为字节跳动国际化产品的用户维护安全可信赖环境，通过开发、迭代机器学习模型和信息系统以更早、更快发掘风险、监控风险、响应紧急事件，以人工智能技术支持业务发展，力求更高效、更敏捷、更全能地维护站内生态安全。

1、协助TikTok内容安全产品研发团队，承担产品研发执行落地流程运营、会议运营、日常需求跟进、过程总结改进等标准化执行工作； 2、支持团队各类日常通用场景的工作，包含但不限于管理效能报告的初始化数据准备与清洗、产品研发内部协同与合规Oncall机制的执行与过程改善； 3、按照指引，熟悉并维护团队各类知识库的沉淀、归档，为AI化提供数据基础； 4、结合上述执行经验与过程改进思路，在多类执行场景中设计并落地AI提效的自动化方案； 5、担任项目助理，负责项目计划撰写、任务跟进、会议纪要整理及风险记录等工作，保障项目有序交付。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程相关专业优先； 2、工作认真负责，逻辑严密，踏实细心，学习能力强，有旺盛的好奇心、自驱力与执行力，中英双语流利，能够胜任全英文工作环境（书面及口语）； 3、良好的沟通协调能力，能够与不同协作方进行有效顺畅的沟通，并促成结果落地； 4、能保证一周至少4天实习，持续六个月以上，有AI工具使用经验（Prompt Engineering/Workflow/Bot搭建），有用AI解决实际问题的经历优先。
