1、深度关注和研究全球互联网产品、AIGC行业趋势，通过行业研究和战略判断，为国际化互联网产品提供外部视角和决策支持； 2、关注用户在TikTok上的全链路体验，站在系统视角，探索AI如何重构用户的表达方式、互动方式与创作动机，包括AI辅助创作、AI参与互动、社交、以及AI原生的创作体验； 3、搭建横向研究框架，与不同业务线团队协作，推动AIGC相关的行业趋势分析、系统性研究与产品机会点创新与落地； 4、通过定性观察、专题定量分析、指标体系搭建与监控等综合手段，发现和研判整体生态问题，结合业务现状提供解决思路； 5、持续思考TikTok在社交与内容交叉领域的长期战略方向，从整体用户视角、业务视角、生态综合进行产品策略设计，联动多业务团队，协作推进项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上互联网C端产品或战略相关经验，具备AI、创作、互动或跨平台产品经验优先； 2、具备全球化产品经验，对生成式AI、内容创作和用户互动形态有强兴趣，并持续关注行业演进；对于互联网用户产品尤其是创作、娱乐、内容生态有高度兴趣和深刻理解； 3、具备宏观视角和系统思维，能够抽象复杂问题并提出可执行的解决方案； 4、具备结构化思考能力，能敏锐识别和拆解问题，擅长研究与洞察，能独立完成行业分析与机会识别； 5、英文可作为工作语言，口语沟通流利，有海外工作经验者优先。
