日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与代码性能优化Agent的算法研发； 2、负责提升模型在性能热点定位、优化方案生成、代码修改、正确性判断和失败修复等任务上的能力； 3、探索自进化Agent技术，包括强化学习、Test-Time Scaling、搜索与规划、长期记忆、经验复用及多智能体协作等方向，跟进代码大模型、智能体、强化学习和自动化程序优化领域的前沿研究，推动相关技术在实际研发场景中落地； 4、参与代码大模型的训练与优化，开展数据构建、SFT、强化学习、Reward Model、Verifier和模型评测等工作； 5、利用Agent在真实任务中产生的执行轨迹、代码Patch、性能数据及成功失败经验，构建高质量训练数据，形成“任务—数据—模型—Agent”的持续迭代闭环； 6、建设代码性能优化评测体系，结合编译、测试、性能Profile和真实运行反馈，对模型生成代码的正确性与性能收益进行自动化验证。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程或相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习和深度学习基础，对大语言模型、强化学习或智能体技术有深入理解； 3、具备优秀的编程、数据结构和算法能力，熟练掌握Python，熟悉Go、C++或Rust中至少一种语言者优先； 4、有大模型预训练、SFT、RLHF/RLAIF、Reward Model、代码生成或Agent项目经验，熟悉性能分析、编译原理、程序分析、系统优化或分布式系统，在NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL、EMNLP、ICSE、FSE、ASE等会议发表过论文，或在ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Kaggle等竞赛中取得优异成绩者优先； 5、具备良好的沟通协作、快速学习和问题分析能力，对解决开放且具有挑战性的技术问题充满热情； 6、每周可实习3天以上，可连续实习6个月以上。
