1、负责礼物&特效团队的自动化生产工具的落地和优化； 2、负责管理礼物&特效团队的设计资源，并转化成优质的训练素材； 3、关注团队在AI的使用情况和卡点，提出优化建议并对团队的AI普及率负责； 4、关注并分析看播和开播的用户体验，结合直播间效果，持续寻找AI设计在C端的应用机会，且对新的设计形态提出愿景和落实。

1、具备UX或产品设计经验，能够独立完成从调研到交付的完整设计流程； 2、熟练使用Figma、Adobe XD、Sketch等主流设计工具，具备高保真原型和交互设计能力； 3、具备良好的用户研究能力，能够通过访谈、可用性测试等方法获取用户反馈并优化设计； 4、具备良好的跨职能团队协作能力与沟通能力，能够与产品经理、工程师等角色有效沟通，清晰表达设计思路和决策理由，共同推动项目进展； 5、具备良好的审美品味与美学判断力，能够在视觉呈现、动态效果与交互细节上做出高质量决策； 6、英语水平达到CEFR的B2及以上。

加分项 1、具备AI产品或生成式模型（如ChatGPT、Stable Diffusion）相关设计经验； 2、熟悉语音交互（VUI）、多模态设计或动画动效设计，能够提升产品的交互体验； 3、具备设计系统建设经验，能够制定和维护统一的设计规范； 4、具备开发者工具或API平台的设计经验，能够理解技术背景并进行相应的设计； 5、有传统互联网产品设计经验，能处理活动交互等常规需求； 6、参与过AI工具的产品设计，有0-1的经验；具备品牌设计或视觉传达能力，能够提升产品的视觉一致性和品牌影响力。
