1、负责TikTok Shop研发场景下AI Agent的设计、开发与迭代，覆盖从需求分析到架构设计、开发上线的全周期工作，为工程师提供智能、高效的产品体验； 2、基于TikTok Shop技术研发场景，参与设计AI落地场景，解决合规、Coding、性能、成本、架构设计方面的效率问题； 3、针对电商安全场景设计并落地核心安全算法，覆盖行为序列分析、设备指纹异常检测、流量模式识别等方向； 4、深入理解业务链路中的数据流转与风险暴露面，构建敏感数据识别、数据泄露检测、异常访问模式发现等算法模型； 5、负责安全算法全生命周期管理，包括问题抽象、特征工程、模型选型、训练优化、线上部署及效果持续运营； 6、结合AI大模型，探索安全融合场景并提升算法效能，包括智能策略生成、自动化漏洞分析、AI辅助安全运营提效，以及利用LLM辅助进行自动化特征工程、风险模式语义理解、异常行为摘要生成。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的机器学习基础，熟练掌握异常检测、图神经网络、时序建模、聚类分析等至少两个方向，能独立完成从0到1的建模与优化； 3、具备优秀的工程能力，熟练使用Python/Go/C++至少一门语言； 4、熟悉常见的Web安全、网络安全或系统安全知识，对安全领域有浓厚兴趣的优先。
