1、负责大模型、AIGC服务链路和应用平台的开发，支撑相关业务的生产与高效迭代； 2、设计和实现机器学习相关的基础设施、框架、工具链及GPU资源管理优化调度，推动落地到业务中，并建设管理工具平台，优化GPU管理效率，提升资源池整体利用率； 3、负责大规模样本数据的管理、标注、预处理、存储等能力建设，提供训练和推理使用的基础设施保障； 4、构建适合电商场景的AI应用Workflow编排框架和平台，方便电商各业务搭建AI应用链路； 5、探索业界前沿的深度学习相关技术，持续提升平台能力、降低研发与算法的使用成本。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、对语言LLM/VLM/AIGC等多种模型、智能代理Agent技术、RAG技术、AutoPrompt技术有一定的了解或使用经验； 3、熟练掌握算法、数据结构等基础知识； 4、至少熟练使用一门编程语言（C/C++/Python/Go等）； 5、积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，具有良好的团队沟通与协作能力，热爱编程，有较强的学习能力，有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术； 6、每周可实习4天及以上，实习时长3个月及以上优先。
