1、参与国际电商用户端产品设计工作，完成从设计需求沟通到设计执行的全流程工作； 2、前置参与产品讨论，深度参与全链路产品构建，提供完善的产品设计解决办法； 3、注重用户反馈、数据反馈，能够持续跟踪和关注上线产品，推进产品体验的迭代优化； 4、遵循并应用设计规范，协助规范的维护更新迭代，实现产品在用户体验上的一致性； 5、将AI纳入设计流程中，基于AI洞察优化设计方案，并不断尝试新用法和流程。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人机交互、交互设计、体验设计、AI相关学术背景优先； 2、具备扎实的交互与UI设计基础，较高的审美标准； 3、对设计系统有基础理解和认知，了解多种设计研究方法，有数据理解和分析能力； 4、精通Figma、PS、AE等设计工具，熟练使用AI IDE工具； 5、热爱设计，对设计有追求和志向，对行业/设计趋势的发展敏感，有较强的自驱力、计划性和责任心； 6、有相关实习经历、C端项目经验、电商产品、Vibe coding相关经验者加分，具备英文读、写能力，口语能力、留学背景、国际实习/有国际化实习经验优先。
