日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、根据个人背景和兴趣，重点参与以下一个或多个方向： 1）AI搜与Agent方向，提升复杂意图理解、任务规划、工具调用、答案生成与多轮交互能力； 2）Post-training方向，建设数据构建、SFT、强化学习、Reward设计、自验证与多轮Agentic RL等能力； 3）研究Agent自进化、MOPD、OPSD等前沿技术，持续提升模型能力； 4）探索商品图片、详情与视频理解及Grounding，提升答案准确性、减少幻觉； 5）结合真实业务、线上反馈和负面案例，持续定位与优化模型能力，完成用户兴趣建模、长期记忆构建、更新与检索，提升个性化体验； 2、与产品、工程和数据团队协作，推动算法方案上线。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数学、统计等相关专业优先； 2、可稳定实习3个月，每周到岗5天，有大模型、Agent、搜索推荐、多模态或推理优化相关研究及项目经历； 3、具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理或信息检索基础，能快速阅读论文、复现实验并完成高质量代码实现； 4、理解Transformer与大语言模型原理，熟悉Python，熟悉PyTorch等至少一种深度学习框架，具备算法实现与实验分析能力； 5、能从真实问题出发设计指标、分析数据并进行效果归因； 6、对AI搜索、Agent和生成式AI有热情，具备良好的沟通协作能力。

加分项 1、有搜索、推荐、电商或对话系统相关经验； 2、熟悉SFT、RLHF/RLVR、GRPO、Reward Modeling或模型评测； 3、有自进化Agent、任务合成、轨迹优化、反思纠错、OPD/MOPD/OPSD、多轮Agentic RL、过程奖励、Test-Time Scaling、RAG、Tool Use、多轮交互或长上下文相关实践； 4、有视觉问答、Grounding、视频理解或个性化建模经验； 5、有分布式训练、异步Rollout、推理加速或模型部署经验； 6、在相关顶会发表论文，或在竞赛、开源项目中有突出成果。
