1、参与国际电商全球不同市场品牌营销的创意营销传播设计，基于各区域的运营和市场策略，完成从创意发散到多触点落地的全流程设计，包含营销活动、创意传播社交媒体设计、广告、品牌设计等； 2、创意设计本地化研究：结合不同市场的本地特点和当地业务运营策略，参与市场调研，本地设计趋势洞察，本地人群电商消费特征分析，输出本地化传播和创意洞察报告； 3、创意设计执行：运用多种创意设计手段完成符合业务策略诉求和品牌认知建立所需要的各类型素材；熟练运用AI生图、生视频、音效生成，3D建模、平面设计、线下印刷及搭建、视频拍摄和后期等能力完成设计物料的产出； 4、创意设计效果监测：通过AI能力和创意设计数据归因方法，对设计结果及品牌传播指标进行复盘和分析；总结痛点问题，并找到优化点和机会点；提升国际电商品牌在全球各区域的用户认知、粘性和好感度。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，视觉传达、动画、影视等相关专业优先； 2、有互联网创意设计、广告公司、独立创意工作室、品牌设计公司、视频制作机构实习经验优先； 3、有国际留学、实习背景优先，对留学地文化有较深刻的体验和思考； 4、具备良好的项目沟通能力和跨团队（市场、运营、产品、技术）协作能力； 5、学习能力强，能积极主动参与项目并提供想法建议，对待手头任务有责任心； 6、具备良好的中英文双语读写能力，有其他语种能力为重要加分项。
