1、参与抖音UGC内容策略建设，结合用户洞察与数据分析，协助制定、落地并迭代内容产品策略，优化平台内容生态与用户体验； 2、跟进AI大模型、多模态技术在内容场景的落地应用，参与内容识别、用户人群挖掘、内容推荐等策略优化，协同技术、运营、审核等团队，提升平台内容质量与分发效率；协助搭建模型效果评估体系，负责日常数据分析、A/B实验设计与效果复盘，定位模型识别偏差、指标不达标的问题，推动迭代优化； 3、具备良好的内容感知能力，可将用户体验、内容审美转化为标准化规则与可量化数据信号，沉淀可复用的流程、工具与文档； 4、持续关注内容行业与AI前沿技术，结合业务场景输出创新思路，助力业务高效迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，理工科、统计、数据、新媒体、产品相关专业优先； 2、了解AI大模型基础原理与落地场景，掌握基础Prompt使用，有LLM内容理解、多模态、模型评估相关项目/实习经历优先； 3、对内容质量、用户审美敏感，有独立内容判断力，具备良好的产品感知； 4、逻辑清晰，掌握SQL，具备扎实的数据分析、实验复盘能力； 5、学习能力强、乐于创新，沟通协作与执行力优秀，有较强的自驱力。
