团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、产品策略分析：与产品、算法、工程团队紧密协作，参与通用Agent（办公、工作方向）策略的实验设计、效果验证与调优，协助将产品需求转化为可验证的实验问题，支撑策略迭代闭环； 2、评测驱动的迭代协同：深入参与通用Agent产品、模型迭代的整体流程，提供定制化的策略方案并进行验证，通过负面案例归因、线上数据分析等手段，助力Agent、模型持续迭代升级； 3、前沿方案探索与落地：关注大模型与Agent领域前沿数据构建和效果评测的技术与方法论，结合业务实际将前沿方法落地应用，提升Agent使用体验和迭代效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、有大模型产品、Agent、策略分析、研发或评测相关实践经验者优先； 3、具备AI思维和探索热情，对大模型Agent领域有强烈兴趣； 4、重度使用AI工具，如Codex、Claude Code等，能够熟练借助AI完成工具开发、数据分析、信息检索或自动化工作； 5、熟练掌握Python，能够驾驭复杂的提示词调优，深入理解Agent的原理； 6、具备团队协作能力和责任心，学习能力强，能独立推进任务。
