日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、围绕漫剧创作平台“巨量有戏”的目标用户，结合站内资源位、官方账号、社群、活动、达人合作等宣发手段，设计并落地从用户触达到注册、激活的获客链路； 2、基于用户分层和生命周期，设计用户获取、用户承接促活、流失召回、核心用户维护等运营策略，提升用户活跃、留存和转化指标； 3、梳理平台内外关键转化节点，持续跟踪曝光、点击、注册、激活、首创作、留存等指标，定位流失环节并推动优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、工作地北京，可尽快到岗、稳定实习，每周出勤4天，连续实习3个月优先； 3、有互联网平台产品运营、用户运营、增长运营或活动运营相关实习经历优先； 4、具备基础数据分析能力，能独立完成数据整理、漏斗分析和运营复盘；有BI使用经验优先； 5、对用户需求和产品体验敏感，能够通过用户反馈及行为数据发现问题，并转化为明确的运营或产品优化建议；具备较强的项目推进和跨团队协作能力，能跟进运营方案从设计、上线到复盘的完整流程； 6、了解AIGC、短剧、游戏或内容消费产品者优先。
