1、参与并负责抖音多场景品牌设计工作，涵盖内容消费、UGC与社区等方向，推动品牌表达的一致性与多元化呈现； 2、根据业务阶段持续构建与优化品牌资产，沉淀设计规范与表达方式，支撑不同内容与场景下的品牌落地； 3、将AI融入创意过程与设计Workflow，在创意探索、视觉生成与内容生产中提升表达效率与空间； 4、探索AI对设计方式与视觉语言、品牌调研的影响，结合业务实践推动新的创意表达与品牌体验。

1、本科及以上学历，设计与计算机融合类学科专业优先，能独立完成从创意到落地的完整设计项目； 2、在实际项目中使用过AI参与设计流程，并能清晰说明其在创意探索或内容生产中的具体作用； 3、具备自驱力与问题拆解能力，能够在不确定中推进工作并逐步形成自己的设计判断； 4、能将业务需求转化为有表达的视觉方案/故事上，而不仅停留在风格或形式层面的设计； 5、持续关注最新的设计趋势，审美趋势，并在持续创作中。
