团队介绍：内容消费与非闭环营销技术团队，服务内容消费和非闭环营销行业数十万客户和十亿级用户。其中，内容消费行业包括游戏、小游戏、短剧、小说、社交与工具等行业，非闭环营销行业包括平台电商、引流电商等行业。内容消费与非闭环营销围绕客户深转、ROI等本质诉求，构建了完整的产品矩阵，知名产品有UBA/UBP自动化产品、深转ROI1\ROI7产品等。研发团队主要通过技术手段支持行业的收入和市占提升，工作内容包括：投放策略优化（出价、自动化）、模型优化（深度延迟和稀疏转化建模、序列建模、Large Recommend Model等）、流量和体验策略优化（ROI3产品、推荐广告融合、多目标建模等）、AI内容理解和生成（多模态模型、营销创意&剧集生成等）、定价和权益激励策略优化（智能定价、QCPX等）、海量创意自动化托管投放架构（DPA）、新产品开发等。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、基于大模型构建文本-图像-视频跨模态创作引擎，实现从文案、图像到视频的全模态创意AIGC； 2、针对商业化短剧和漫画短剧场景定制化训练和优化模型，提升素材生产效率、素材质量，包括不限于迭代Reward Model指导生成模型生成多模态素材提升广告体验和转化率等； 3、通过自动化投放，打通AIGC创意的动态个性化生产，最终提升广告的变现效率。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、机器学习等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，对人工智能类产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备扎实的编码能力，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++和Python语言优先； 4、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、分布式计算、计算机视觉、计算机图形、语音识别与合成中一项或多项； 5、对推荐系统、计算广告、搜索引擎相关技术有经验者优先； 6、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
