1、负责高质量（高画风）AI内容生态建设，制定全局性的AI内容供给策略，并规划中长期内容能力演进路径； 2、建立并完善AI优质内容的质量与模型效果评估体系，主导AI内容生产Workflow的端到端设计与持续迭代，推动生产效率与质量的提升； 3、深度协同产品与算法团队，针对泛内容、音乐、电商等赛道，制定差异化策略与产能规划，驱动跨部门项目高效落地，达成产能目标，并基于业务数据反馈，提出建设性方案，反哺并提升底层模型表现。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、有AI相关作品集者优先；具备AIGC内容生态、大模型运营或相关领域实操经验者优先，资深内容爱好者，具备敏锐的热点洞察和内容审美； 3、逻辑思维严密，理解力强，能迅速洞察复杂业务链路的诉求； 4、具备优秀的数据分析与挖掘能力，熟练掌握SQL等数据查询工具，能够以数据为导向驱动业务策略迭代与模型调优。
