1、负责商业化场景下AI达人与数字人相关算法研发，包括数字人形象生成、多模态驱动、实时互动等，应用于广告营销、直播带货、品牌代言等场景； 2、关注多模态生成基础技术，涵盖视频生成、视频编辑、语音驱动等基础方向，为商业化团队提供高生成质量和成本可控的生成模型基座； 3、探索AI达人在商业化创意生产中的落地方案，构建商业化创意生成Agent，实现商业广告素材、营销短视频、互动直播等场景的自动化生成，并和创意投放系统协同优化； 4、跟踪多模态生成、数字人等前沿技术进展，结合商业化业务需求快速完成技术验证与产品化落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程能力，熟练使用Python/C++，熟练掌握PyTorch深度学习框架；具备扎实的机器学习与数理基础，熟悉Diffusion Model、VAE等生成模型结构，了解自回归生成、强化学习等技术在数字人方向的应用。

加分项 1、在以下方向有深入研究或项目落地经验者优先：视频生成，唇音同步，动作生成与驱动，多模态驱动的数字人实时互动与对话； 2、有国际顶级会议论文、知名GitHub作品等公开成果优先； 3、Kaggle、ACM等算法比赛获奖者优先； 4、具备可靠的职业素养、敢于突破、对技术有执着追求和热爱的特质。
