1、负责抖音内容创作的视觉效果设计，结合平台内容趋势，持续打造富有审美创意和潮流感的内容效果； 2、负责抖音官方视频模板的创意设计与制作，包括但不限于平面素材、动画动效素材、AI素材，结合平台调性与短视频热点趋势，产出高审美、高传播度且易用的优质模板，赋能用户创作； 3、审美出众，熟悉主流视频特效趋势和目标用户喜好，积极探索AIGC等前沿技术在业务中的应用与设计风格，保障抖音出品质量； 4、主动挖掘用户诉求，高效协同产品、运营、开发，推动设计提案落地和特效能力/模板体系建设，达成业务目标。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，设计、美术、摄影、影视类专业优先； 2、热爱图片或视频创作，熟悉国内主流创作工具产品，具有优秀的审美能力、创造力，关注视觉体验； 3、对AIGC有浓烈兴趣和热爱，具备融合设计能力和AI技术理解，对AI效果的实现有独立实现能力； 4、具备较强的自学能力和自驱力，有快速处理图像、视频效果的能力。
