1、在AIGC视频广告生成场景下，提高多模态大模型理解视频内容、评估视频质量的能力，通过推理和后验数据洞察优质广告的规律，用于指导广告生成； 2、通过数据分析、客户调研、行业研究等方式，挖掘视频广告的理解视角，通过模型测评、模型效果调优等提升理解能力； 3、积极推进同业务团队合作，保障需求高质量执行落地； 4、积极推进同算法团队合作，提升大模型理解和评估能力。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有大模型效果优化相关的实习经验优先，有良好的思维逻辑，学习能力强，有责任心； 3、熟悉多模态大模型能力的优先，表达能力强，善于沟通，具备协调与推动的能力； 4、至少连续实习6个月以上，每周保证5天及以上工作时间，能长期实习者优先。
