团队介绍：字节跳动 Seed 团队成立于 2023 年，致力于寻找通用智能的新方法，追求智能上限，为科技和社会发展作出贡献。 Seed 团队在 AI 领域拥有长期愿景与决心，团队研究方向涵盖 MLLM、GenMedia、AI for Science、机器人等，在中国、新加坡、美国等地设有实验室和岗位。目前，团队已推出业界领先的通用大模型以及前沿的多模态能力，支持豆包、即梦、TRAE 等超过 50 个应用场景，并通过火山引擎开放给企业客户。第三方数据显示，豆包 App 用户量在中国市场排名第一，豆包大模型日均 Token 调用量行业领先。

1、负责AIGC大模型（图片/视频生成、理解与生成统一模型）算法加速，优化模型推理效率、吞吐能力及资源利用率； 2、研究扩散模型、自回归模型及多模态大模型的计算特征与性能瓶颈，围绕采样、解码、注意力计算等环节开展系统性优化； 3、探索实践知识蒸馏、结构剪枝、Token压缩等前沿优化算法，在保证效果的前提下提升推理性能； 4、主导生成与理解类模型创新算法研究，提升前沿视觉范式的推理效率与服务性能； 5、联动算法、工程及业务团队，推动优化技术落地，建立从模型设计到线上部署的完整优化闭环。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习与算法基础，精通扩散模型和/或自回归模型的核心原理、实现细节及推理优化方法； 3、至少具备以下任一领域实践经验：AIGC模型算法加速与推理优化、模型压缩加速（知识蒸馏、剪枝等）、高效模型结构设计、生成/多模态模型性能优化与落地； 4、熟悉PyTorch等深度学习框架，工程实现能力强，可独立完成算法设计、实验验证及优化落地； 5、具备优秀的问题分析与系统优化能力，能从多层面定位性能瓶颈并提出系统性解决方案； 6、有文生图/视频、多模态或大模型推理优化相关项目/落地成果，或在高水平会议/期刊发表相关论文、有开源社区贡献、算法竞赛优异成绩者优先。
