1、定制和扩展Android系统功能，如系统服务添加、系统属性扩展、权限控制、系统广播等； 2、参与系统架构设计与优化，深入分析并解决系统稳定性、性能、兼容性等问题； 3、负责Android系统上App运行兼容性问题的解决方案探索和落地； 4、负责App的数据分析、动态调试、代码跟踪等工作； 5、能独立解决和帮助团队成员解决开发中遇到的难点问题。

1、5年以上Android开发工作经验； 2、熟悉Android系统架构，深入理解Framework层与系统服务机制（如Binder、AMS、PMS、WMS等）； 3、熟悉AOSP编译系统、init/rc启动流程、SystemServer启动机制； 4、熟悉常见调试工具（如logcat、systrace、adb、perf、traceview、strace等）； 5、能独立分析和解决Framework层Crash、ANR、内存泄漏等系统问题，以及三方应用的兼容性问题； 6、良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力与自驱力，具备优秀的代码质量与文档意识。

加分项 1、熟悉Android常用加壳原理及反混淆手段，APK文件的反编译，调试，脱壳等； 2、精通xposed框架和熟练常见Hook技术，有xposed模块编写经验； 3、具备Android性能优化、功耗调优、启动优化经验； 4、具备云手机/云游戏相关行业经验。
