1、面向Android、AOSP场景，负责研发、构建、测试、发布等DevOps流程的工程化建设与持续优化，引入自动化与标准化能力，提升端到端交付效率与稳定性； 2、结合大模型与AI能力，对现有Android DevOps流程进行智能化改造（如代码生成与评审、构建诊断、测试生成、问题定位等），推进从需求到上线各环节的提效方案落地； 3、持续关注前沿AI、工程效率技术发展，跟进国内外最新大模型能力，探索并验证其在移动端基础设施与DevOps工具链中的应用，并沉淀为可复用的平台能力； 4、与Android/AOSP研发、测试、基础架构等相关团队紧密协同，识别流程痛点，设计技术方案并推进落地与效果评估。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、对前沿大模型与AI工程有强烈好奇心与动手能力，有将国外前沿AI模型接入实际系统或工具链的经验，了解主流LLM API，熟悉Anthropic API者优先； 3、熟练使用至少一种命令行代码助手工具（如Claude Code、Codex、Gemini CLI等），对Rules、MCP、Agent Skills等概念有一定理解，有相关实践或自建Agent经验者优先；计算机、软件工程，具备扎实的计算机基础知识，对前端/后端或全栈开发有实践经验，对工程效率与基础设施方向有浓厚兴趣； 4、有持续维护的个人开源项目，或在开源社区有实质贡献，熟悉Git工作流以及GitHub Actions或其他CI/CD流程（如GitLab CI、Jenkins等）； 5、熟练使用至少一种AI IDE（如Cursor、Trae等），理解并能在实践中运用Vibe Coding与Spec Coding等工程化开发方式者优先； 6、每周可实习至少4天，可实习4个月以上。
