1、负责字节跳动Web端基础体验的基建建设与演进，涵盖H5、小程序、Node.js、Electron等核心技术栈，全方位提升业务Web应用的基础体验； 2、负责构建围绕可观测、智能排障与业务治理等核心场景的AI Agent，提升Web应用的稳定性与用户体验； 3、负责建设报警、巡检等场景，从异常发现到自动修复的全链路智能解决方案，实现AI自主运维的范式升级； 4、负责构建APM领域的知识库体系，包括指标定义、排障经验与最佳实践等核心知识资产，提升AI Agent的归因准确率与处理建议质量； 5、负责建立AI Agent覆盖准确率、召回率等多维度的效果评测标准，以及搭建数据驱动的评估-反馈-迭代闭环，持续提升AI Agent的效果。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信和电子信息科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程能力和编码规范，有AI Coding以及全栈项目的实践经验； 3、熟悉前端工程化，在开发效率、性能体验、稳定性、自动化等方面有一定的认知和实践； 4、拥有较强的自驱意识以及主动推进能力，并具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力； 5、拥有良好的团队协作精神与沟通表达能力，能够独立承担核心模块的开发任务，具备一定的技术攻坚能力。

加分项： 1、有性能优化和端监控研发经验； 2、有大数据处理、分析或应用相关的经验； 3、熟悉浏览器引擎和渲染原理、熟悉常见的性能优化方法； 4、有较好的研发产品意识，能以产品体验和用户视角主动思考产品演进； 5、有AI应用的开发和落地经验，熟悉和了解AI领域最新的技术和趋势。
