1、负责国际电商商家端体验设计工作，参与产品设计前瞻性方案探索； 2、参与业务产品的沟通与建设，能够快速理解业务需求，以全局设计思维，制定业务的设计目标与对应的设计解决方案； 3、可独立推动和完成项目的设计高质量产出，能够注重用户反馈，数据反馈，能够持续跟踪和关注上线产品，推进产品体验的迭代优化，有意识地进行设计方法沉淀和效果复盘； 4、参与对设计规范组件的制定、维护更新和落地实施，实现产品在用户体验上的一致性。

1、本科及以上学历，至少3年产品设计工作经验，英文可以作为工作语言，熟悉开发流程，有产品思维、研发思维； 2、全链路的体验设计能力，偏UE方向；具备良好的业务理解力和产品思维能力，能结合业务和设计全局考虑项目规划，独自完成一些复杂项目的设计产出、跟进项目维护等工作； 3、有较强的项目沟通能力及跨协作能力，团队合作意识，时间管理能力及创新能力，能够在项目中清晰的表达设计观点和设计价值； 4、严谨的逻辑思维能力，善于分析场景和用户模型，形象化的表达能力，具有产品全局观，关注数据及行业发展，懂用户研究方法，有数据分析能力； 5、热爱设计，对设计有追求和志向，对行业/设计趋势的发展敏感，有较强的自驱力、计划性和责任心； 6、专业综合能力突出、有电商或者后台、复杂B端产品相关经验者优先。
