1、负责赛季通行证的整体设计与迭代，包括等级体系、奖励排布、付费/免费线规划、任务结构，平衡付费吸引力与肝度，保障赛季活跃度和付费转化； 2、设计任务与成就系统，包括日常任务、周常任务、赛季挑战、成就体系等，构建完整的玩家行为引导体系，驱动玩家体验更多玩法内容； 3、设计限时活动与版本活动，如节日活动、联动活动、限时玩法、周末双倍等，熟悉国内外竞技品类游戏的赛季运营和活动设计，配合版本节奏输出活动方案并推动落地； 4、设计玩家长线成长与奖励系统，包括等级体系、战令、货币体系、宝箱/掉落、奖励池等，通过数据调优奖励分布和产出节奏； 5、搭建活跃数据监控体系，跟踪DAU、留存、任务完成率、通行证购买率等核心指标，通过数据分析定位问题并输出优化方案。

1、2年以上游戏系统策划/活动策划经验，有赛季制游戏运营经验优先； 2、对玩家成长曲线、奖励心理学、付费转化有深入理解； 3、具备扎实的数值基础和数据分析能力，能独立完成奖励建模、产出测算和数据复盘； 4、创意能力强，思维活跃，能快速产出多样化的活动方案； 5、具备良好的项目管理能力，能协调多团队推进活动按时上线； 6、有国际化发行项目经验，了解不同地区的节日文化和运营节奏者优先。
