1、负责白盒关卡的规划、设计和搭建，提炼关卡的关键视觉元素，拆分关卡的组件和通用元素体； 2、负责根据原画概念推导出场景的建筑布局，流程分布，视觉引导，制定设计草案和落地方案； 3、负责整合3D模型资产，统一贴图材质风格，控制资源使用总量，保证场景的风格统一与性能达标； 4、负责把控场景的造型、配色和灯光的设计，并能够制定不同阶段场景的品质提升方向与效果迭代方案； 5、负责与策划、原画、模型和TA的沟通协调，规划把控不同阶段场景的进度和质量。

1、至少3年模型、5年地编从业经验，至少拥有1款射击游戏开发关卡搭建的经验，或对城市类关卡搭建有丰富的经验； 2、具有良好的美术功底，对构图、色彩、灯光有优秀的把控能力和独特理解，拥有良好的审美能力，同时富有想象力与创造力，精通场景设计制作全流程； 3、熟练使用Unity，深知各项与场景地编制作相关的功能，熟悉URP管线的特性与优劣势，善于取长补短，提升场景品质； 4、主动性和自驱力强，能够串联上下游，配合策划、原画、3D、TA等多个模块，能够协同作战，统一目标，达成目的，工作认真负责。
