1、负责游戏内主流程及基础功能系统的设计与调优，包括登录、大厅、模式选择、组队、匹配、英雄选择、战斗交互、结算等主流程，以及背包、设置、新手引导、局内HUD与交互、个人主页等基础功能，保障功能完整性与用户体验； 2、设计限时玩法与娱乐模式，丰富游戏内容生态，提升玩家新鲜感与活跃度； 3、撰写完整的策划文档（玩法规则、系统流程、配置表结构、UI交互逻辑），协同程序、美术、QA推动功能开发与验收； 4、跟踪玩家反馈和数据表现（模式参与率、胜率分布、留存影响等），持续迭代优化玩法与功能体验，研究产品玩法设计并输出创新建议落地到版本内。

1、3年以上游戏系统策划/玩法策划经验，有竞技类项目从0到1上线经验者优先； 2、精通竞技射击/moba品类核心玩法循环，对游戏模式设计、玩家行为有深入理解和独立思考； 3、具备扎实的系统设计能力，能独立完成从概念到落地的完整玩法方案，逻辑清晰，文档规范； 4、具备一定的数值基础，能对玩法平衡性、经济系统、奖励设计进行基础建模和调优； 5、具备较强的跨团队沟通能力，能清晰表达设计意图，协调程序、美术、QA等多团队推进项目； 6、热爱竞技类游戏，深度体验过英雄射击品类产品者优先。
