1、负责游戏商业化体系的整体规划与设计，包括商城系统、付费通行证、抽卡、礼包、直售皮肤等付费点设计与定价策略； 2、围绕角色外观、武器外观、击杀特效、表情、个性动作、语音包、喷漆等外观向内容，设计有吸引力的付费包装和品质分级体系； 3、制定赛季、版本商业化节奏，配合版本节点设计限时礼包、主题套装、联动企划，提升付费转化和ARPU； 4、搭建商业化数据监控体系，跟踪付费率、ARPU、LTV、付费留存、付费渗透、各付费点贡献等核心指标，通过数据分析持续优化商业化策略； 5、与美术、市场、运营团队紧密协作，确保商业化内容的品质与上线节奏。

1、5年以上游戏商业化策划经验，有竞技类项目商业化经验优先； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel等工具进行数据建模与测算； 3、对玩家付费心理有深入理解，能在不破坏竞技公平的前提下设计有吸引力的付费内容； 4、具备良好的项目管理与跨部门沟通能力，能推动多团队协同落地； 5、热爱竞技射击游戏，对皮肤审美、潮流文化、IP联动有敏锐感知； 6、有国际化发行项目经验，熟悉全球不同地区的付费习惯与合规要求者优先。
