1、协助产品经理收集、整理拉美地区BNPL用户及合作平台的需求，包括但不限于消费习惯、支付场景、功能Bug、合规要求等，形成需求文档初稿； 2、协助跟进产品核心数据（如用户渗透率、交易转化率、还款率等）的日常统计，制作基础数据报表，为产品迭代提供数据支撑； 3、收集拉美地区BNPL产品动态（产品功能、营销策略、用户反馈等），整理调研结果并形成简易分析报告； 4、协助撰写埋点需求文档、产品PRD、FSD（功能详细说明）等基础文档，参与产品原型的初步讨论与优化； 5、完成产品团队交办的其他日常工作，如会议纪要整理、产品相关资料的翻译与归档（中英文）。

1、本科及以上学历在读，理工科、计算机专业优先； 2、善于使用AI工具，对事物充满好奇心，具备基础的数据分析意识，能通过数据发现简单的业务问题； 3、英语能力优秀，可作为工作交流语言（听说读写流利）；若具备西班牙语或葡萄牙语基础，将大幅加分； 4、对产品工作有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的学习能力和好奇心，能快速适应新兴市场；逻辑清晰，沟通表达能力强，能准确传递信息并协调基础事务；工作认真负责，有良好的团队协作精神，能按时完成分配的任务；每周可实习4天，实习时长3个月，能长期实习者优先。
