1、团队内部统筹协调：作为HR财务BP团队的横向协调人，负责梳理各业务模块的预算规则与口径，拉通团队内部信息，确保各BP同学的工作标准一致、协同高效； 2、专项推进（AI与数字化方向）：探索AI及数字化工具在财务分析场景中的应用，主导并协调相关方完成从需求定义到落地验收的全过程，推动结果落地； 3、预算管理及优化：负责HR相关预算的编制、执行跟踪与定期复盘，输出预算执行分析，支持管理层决策； 4、管理报表建设：推动人力相关科目管报体系优化，包括报表逻辑梳理、出具流程标准化、系统工具改进； 5、审批与风险管控：支持支出及合同审批，识别流程中的风险点和效率瓶颈，提出改进方案并推动落地。

1、5年及以上FP&A或财务BP经验，熟悉职能组织（尤其是HR）的运作逻辑； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，能独立完成从数据整理到洞察输出的全流程，善于把财务数据转化为可执行的建议； 3、突出的跨团队协调能力，能在多方协作中明确目标、分解任务、推动闭环； 4、对AI及数字化工具在财务场景中的应用有兴趣，愿意主导或深度参与相关专项； 5、有好奇心、自我驱动、善于学习，充满热情，英语可作为工作语言。
