1、5年以上财务专业服务相关工作经验，具有财务BP、财务分析等经验优先； 2、拥有责任心、强自驱力和持续成长的心态，适应多文化的工作环境； 3、具备优秀的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力，有效跨部门交流和协作； 4、具备突出的数据分析能力，特别是与投资回报率相关的分析、财务建模和财务分析； 5、精通Excel、Word和PowerPoint，熟练掌握SQL和Power BI优先； 6、有CFA，CPA等证书优先。
