1、负责业务团队相关财务管理工作，对接和支持相关业务团队； 2、财务预算管理：完善和优化业务团队预算管理体系，为业务预算制定提供财务支持，协助业务实现管理目标，进行定期数据监测，重大预实差异分析，提升业务经营效率，为业务做好前置规划； 3、经营分析：搭建和完善商业产品视角和流量视角分析体系，定期输出分析报告，对关键业务指标进行拆解，搭建相应看板，并跟踪和监测业务指标表对财务数据的潜在影响，构建财务评价体系，输出调整建议； 4、财务报告输出：产出部门/项目维度报告，对预算执行情况和各项业务经营状况进行分析复盘，发现潜在的问题并提示风险，并对不同项目进行专项分析； 5、重点项目跟进：协同各内部团队解决各项目中遇到的相关问题，根据不同的项目类型建立相应的ROI评价体系，进行投入回报分析，提高各项资源的使用效率； 6、财务流程优化：协同内部各相关方，完善和提升财务流程，为提高管理报表的准确性提供解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上财务相关工作经验； 2、工作有责任心，积极主动，学习能力强，能够独立的思考，有高度的自我驱动和责任心；较强的沟通能力，能够主动发现问题，推动问题解决； 3、熟练使用各种办公软件Excel、PPT等，熟悉ERP系统，有专业数据分析工具的使用技能优先（Power BI/SQL/Hive/Tableau等）； 4、有财务金融类证书优先，如CPA/CFA/ACCA/CMA等。
