日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、对人力成本、短信语音成本等进行月度梳理，支持管报数据处理及相关分析诉求； 2、对财务分析智能体（AI Agent）的Skill进行迭代调整，实现相关财务分析报告的准确产出； 3、负责抖音电商财务分析方向的看板日常维护及稳定性监控。

1、本科及以上学历在读，经管财会类、数据智能化等相关专业优先； 2、对AI领域兴趣强，了解AI工作原理，具备对提示词/Skill迭代改进的经验和能力者优先；有SQL能力、Tableau或其他BI可视化工具使用经验者优先；熟练使用EXCEL或飞书表格处理者优先； 3、工作认真细心，执行力强，自我学习能力强，乐于探索钻研，工作主动性强，有较强的沟通理解能力，个性开朗，具备团队精神； 4、一周3-5天可实习，可长期实习者优先，可连续实习三个月。
