团队介绍：负责字节跳动旗下泛抖音、国际化、创新与中台等业务的数据 BP 工作，业务版图覆盖抖音、国际化、大模型、番茄小说等板块。我们以数据高效赋能业务增长为核心使命，深度扎根各业务线，以数据体系建设为根基、以业务目标达成为导向，为业务方提供专业、稳定、高效的数据服务与架构解决方案。工作内容聚焦海量数据的治理与应用，需对产品全链路数据进行复杂且深度的分析挖掘；深度参与大数据产品的迭代优化，探索前沿数据技术在业务场景中的落地实践，在字节跳动的技术土壤中实现个人能力与业务价值的双重增长。

1、负责抖音电商业务的海量数据全链路建设，基于分布式计算与存储底座搭建高稳定、高吞吐数据流水线，沉淀标准化数据平台工具与商业化数据产品，支撑集团规模化数据生产； 2、深度联动各相关业务线，综合运用数据开发、多维分析、数据挖掘能力输出一站式数据解决方案，挖掘数据资产价值，持续优化整体数据流转与使用效率； 3、落地复杂SQL、ETL流程开发交付，负责超大规模数据任务性能调优、故障治理与高复杂度业务需求落地，跟进并落地前沿大数据技术方案迭代； 4、基于LLM提升数据开发和数据消费的效率，覆盖需求拆解、数据建模、开发实现、自动化测试、标准化文档全流程，协同前后端工程师共同完成对外数据服务接口交付与上线。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学等相关专业优先； 2、计算机基础（操作系统、数据库、算法与数据结构、网络、概率统计等）扎实，有优秀的编码能力，熟练掌握至少一种主流编程语言（包括但不限于C/C++/Java/Python/Golang）； 3、对数据开发、分析、挖掘领域有兴趣和热情，有志于在大数据领域长期发展； 4、有分布式系统/数据挖掘等相关领域论文发表，或参与过大数据社区开源项目者加分； 5、能使用AI Coding加速建模、ETL开发、测试与文档生成，对大模型和AI技术有好奇心和自驱力者优先。
