1、管理报表的搭建和维护：根据核算数据编制月度管理报表并不断优化，根据业务发展的需求及时更新优化报告结构，保障报表反映业务的实际经营情况； 2、经营分析和决策支持：组织月度经营分析会，基于管理报表不断完善符合业务模式的财务指标分析体系，定期输出分析结论，对关键业务指标进行拆解，并跟踪和监测业务指标表动对财务数据的潜在影响，构建财务评价体系，输出效率提升、财务模型改善的建议； 3、财务预算管理：制作年度预算和季度滚动预测，完善预算管理体系，为业务预算制定提供财务支持，协助业务实现管理目标，进行定期数据监测，重大预实差异分析，提升业务经营效率，为业务做好前置规划； 4、产品UE与财务分析：协助业务侧做好产品UE分析和LTV分析，对业务的投入产出情况能有客观评价； 5、流程优化与数据治理：联动业务团队、核算团队梳理业财数据需求，推动业财数据口径统一，优化报表和分析的流程；参与财务信息化的项目，利用SQL等工具提升数据抓取与分析的效率，保障分析结果的可靠性。

1、大学本科及以上学历，经济管理/金融/会计/统计相关专业优先，有财务金融类证书优先，如CPA/CFA/ACCA/CMA等； 2、5年及以上财务相关工作经验，有管报制作和分析、预算管理的财务经验，有过UE分析、合同审阅、采购审批的财务BP经验优先考虑；具有信贷相关业务的财务BP相关工作经验优先，支持过巴西和墨西哥的信贷业务经验优先； 3、具有较强逻辑思维能力，能够通过独立学习解决复杂问题，对数字敏感、仔细耐心；工作有责任心，积极主动，学习能力强，能够独立思考，有高度的自我驱动和责任心，能够主动发现问题，推动问题解决； 4、熟练使用各种办公软件Excel、PPT等，熟悉ERP系统，有专业数据分析工具的使用技能优先考虑，如SQL/Python/Hive/PowerBI/Tableau等。
