1、负责支付业务法律合规体系的搭建，对各类支付业务及产品进行法律评估及建议； 2、负责协议及其他法律文本的起草、审查、修改； 3、参与业务谈判及相关争议解决，协助处理业务相关投诉、诉讼等法律纠纷； 4、梳理并持续优化协议、制度等审核机制，以帮助精简流程并控制法律风险； 5、为各部门提供法律合规咨询和支持，配合进行法律知识培训。

1、优秀的教育背景，法律专业硕士学位及以上，通过司法考试； 2、5年以上法务工作经验，熟悉支付行业； 3、具备严谨周延的逻辑判断和分析能力，具有团队协作性，能够全面理解产品业务所需的法律支持及风控要点； 4、优秀的沟通能力和执行能力，能快速有效完成工作并进行梳理总结，对紧急事项能作出及时判断及处理； 5、具备主动全局、缜密思考的解决问题的能力； 6、熟练的英文沟通、谈判及写作能力优先。
