1、深入理解各业务线的办公与运营需求，结合业务发展方向和目标，前置规划企业服务全链路解决方案，覆盖办公空间、行政运营、物理安全及EHS（环境健康安全）相关要求等相关职能，统筹相关资源，为业务提供匹配业务发展需求的企业服务支持； 2、作为业务侧与房产、行政、安全、EHS等相关团队之间的沟通协调人，准确理解并传递业务需求，协调相关职能围绕空间方案、成本管理与规划、合规要求及服务标准进行有效对齐，推动需求高效落地； 3、作为业务侧统一对接人，承接公司级办公空间调整项目，以及新办公室开设、重保支撑、大促保障等重大业务专项需求，协调相关职能团队做好需求承接与资源匹配，推动重点项目及专项需求端到端落地，持续优化业务服务体验； 4、建立和维护有效的跨部门工作关系，及时、准确地将企业服务相关规则、政策、成本及资源信息与业务沟通触达，结合业务反馈持续优化服务与协作机制，提升企业服务响应效率和业务满意度。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具备较强的学习能力和业务理解能力，能够快速了解办公空间、行政运营、物理安全及EHS等企业服务领域的基础知识，并准确理解业务需求； 3、具备良好的沟通表达与协调能力，逻辑清晰，能够准确传递信息，推动多方协作与共识达成； 4、具备较强的执行力和项目推进意识，有校园活动、学生组织、社会实践或相关实习项目经验者优先； 5、具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神，能够主动关注业务需求及服务体验，善于建立和维护协作关系； 6、责任心强，积极主动，能够适应多任务的工作环境，具备基本的数据分析和成本意识，熟练使用常用办公软件，具备一定的英文沟通能力者优先。
