1、参与管报规则梳理，针对电商各项业务场景梳理，与财务、税务、法务拉齐会计处理及财务合规流程； 2、协助电商管理报表体系迭代，参与输出月度/季度报表及预实差异分析； 3、对接集团其他财务团队以及业务商业分析团队，沟通电商相关关键信息，跟进数据差异及重大异常，推动跨团队问题及时闭环； 4、推动结账及财务数据线上化，拉齐财报、管报、业务多方数据口径，支持业财数据建设； 5、预算管理、财务审批等产品，需求沟通，并推动产品研发开发迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，财务/会计/金融/统计/经济/数据分析等相关专业优先； 2、3年及以上财务相关工作经验，四大或财务分析经验优先； 3、具备较强的数据分析及问题定位能力，能够理解业务场景、财务规则和数据口径，并推动跨团队协作落地； 4、熟练运用办公软件和在线办公工具，有AI使用提效经验、专业数据分析工具的使用技能优先（SQL、Hive等）。
