1、跟踪全球IDC行业与电力市场，提供外部视角：持续跟踪全球IDC行业动态、同行实践、技术演进（如液冷、预制化、AI算力密度提升等）和政策变化，以及主要国家/地区电力市场（含绿电）的价格、供应结构与政策；建立市场行情数据库，为公司IDC全球布局决策提供外部输入； 2、完善并优化IDC目标价成本模型：与团队已有的目标价成本模型工作紧密协同，提供外部视角の市场行情、行业Benchmark和方法论输入，协助持续完善模型的准确性和覆盖范围；参与建立国际化vs国内成本差异归因框架，将成本差异分解到设备、税、人工、政策、汇率等维度； 3、支持国际化重大IDC项目商务判断：在国际化重大项目的选址、目标成本、商务谈判、投资决策等关键节点，提供行业洞察、成本Benchmark和敏感性分析等专业支持，协助业务和团队BP提升商务谈判的话语权； 4、参与IDC中长期规划与专题研究：为公司3~5年IDC规划提供行业趋势判断和专业输入；定期面向财务团队、业务方及管理层进行行业分享和专题研究，将行业专业能力持续辐射到团队和业务的日常决策场景； 5、梳理端到端IDC业财链路：基于业财管理诉求，推动相关流程与数据质量的持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上IDC/数据中心/不动产投资/工程建设/基础设施相关领域工作经验；有IDC投资/资产/规划背景者优先，有财务或财务BP相关经验者优先； 2、熟悉IDC行业的成本结构、BOM拆解、规划方法与商务模式，深度参与过IDC项目的核心环节（如选址、投资决策、成本建模、商务谈判等）； 3、具备较强的结构化思考、逻辑分析和信息沉淀能力，能把零散的市场信息和行业动态转化为可复用的资产（模型/数据库/报告/分析框架），对重要问题有独立判断力； 4、英语可作为工作语言，能主动与业务建立链接，具有较强的跨部门沟通协调能力、学习能力和主动思考能力，适应跨文化和跨团队协作； 5、工作有责任心，务实敢为，开放谦逊，有自驱力。

加分项 1、有IDC REITs/基础设施投资基金背景； 2、有过国际化IDC项目经验（美国、爱尔兰、马来西亚、新加坡、日本等主要国际化市场）。
