1、负责定期财务报告和分析（包括月度与季度管理报告等），向业务相关方、集团和其他合作方提供准确、及时的财务信息及分析报告；组织业务线的预算制定和管理，协同各区域及产品团队完成预算整合、合理性评估、预实管理等流程，并监测关键业财指标进展和预算执行情况，为业务提供决策支持； 2、通过对业务发展的理解，对关键资源的投入产出高质量、有洞察力的财务分析，识别关键的业务和财务趋势，建立长短期财务预测，并提供有关增长机会和风险的建议；主导产品分析项目，持续收集和完善关于产品的财务资源投入相关数据，开展产品对标分析； 3、协同跨区域及跨部门团队合作，推动财务关键项目落地，不断改进和优化财务规划与分析流程，提高效率和准确性；支持集团、其他中台和前台财务团队需求；持续优化日常财务流程，提升团队运营效率。

1、5年及以上财务BP、财务规划与分析（FP&A）工作经验，有商业化相关工作经验优先； 2、熟悉预算管理、财务分析等流程，数据处理及分析能力扎实，具备数据敏感性和逻辑思维能力，能够独立思考，洞察关键问题； 3、具备优秀的合作意识，善于进行跨部门和跨团队协同，有扎实的项目管理能力；工作认真细致，具有较强的责任心、学习能力及自驱力； 4、有国际工作或学习经历，英文可作为工作语言； 5、持有财务金融类证书优先（如CPA/CFA/ACCA/CMA等）。
