1、外包项目运营管理：负责各模块账务处理、报表等外包事项的日常运营管理，对外包交付数据进行分析与复盘，围绕交付效率、账务质量、成本投入等核心指标输出分析结论与优化建议，确保外包账务按质按量交付； 2、跨团队协同：协同财务BP、账务合规、系统等团队，衔接内部核算规则和方式变化与外包的落地执行，推进核算异常问题处理，确保账务执行高效落地，推进核算标准化的不断完善； 3、流程优化与能力建设：识别外包运营中的关键问题与潜在风险，推动流程优化、资源整合及系统能力建设，持续提升外包整体支持能力； 4、运营模式搭建与优化：搭建并持续完善外包运营管理模式，包含制度、操作流程等，推动运营标准化与精细化； 5、完成领导交办的其他工作事项。

1、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，5年及以上财务及外包管理运营经验，有审计经验及企业财务/运营管理经验者优先； 2、专业能力：熟悉账务核算流程及外包运作模式，具备较强的团队管理、项目推进和跨团队协同能力； 3、数据分析能力：具备较强的数据分析能力和业务洞察能力，能够通过数据发现问题、推动优化，并形成体系化运营方案； 4、项目推进与协同能力：具备较强的项目管理和跨团队协同能力，能够在复杂协作场景中推进项目落地；有供应商管理、合同履约或采购协同经验者优先； 5、风险与规则意识：具备较强的风险意识和规则意识，能够平衡业务效率、服务体验与合规要求； 6、综合素质：有较强的责任心、自驱力，适应多项目并行推进的工作节奏；结果导向，沟通表达清晰。
