日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与电商C端订单与购后链路的产品优化，包括订单查找、订单列表与详情页、物流进展表达及订单操作等，帮助用户更容易找到订单、看清信息、完成操作； 2、结合用户反馈、客服咨询及行为数据，梳理查单与购后过程中的体验问题，分析原因、提出优化建议，并跟踪上线后的效果； 3、开展同类产品体验研究，参与AI辅助购后体验等探索，结合用户需求提出可验证的产品思路。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、能够长期、稳定实习，对电商C端产品和用户体验有兴趣，善于从日常购物、查单及收货经历中发现问题，具备同理心与好奇心； 3、逻辑清晰，具备基础的数据分析能力，能够结合用户反馈与数据分析问题； 4、具备良好的沟通表达、学习能力和责任心，做事细致，能够主动跟进问题并与团队协作推进； 5、有互联网产品、用户研究、数据分析相关实习或项目经历者优先；有AI工具实际应用经验者加分。
