1、参与TikTok Shop国际电商产品体验设计工作，完成从需求沟通、方案构思到设计落地的全流程，支持产品体验持续优化； 2、与产品、研发等跨职能团队紧密协作，结合业务目标、用户需求和数据反馈，提供高质量的设计解决方案并推动项目落地； 3、关注用户反馈与线上数据表现，持续跟踪产品上线后的使用体验，推动关键体验问题的迭代优化； 4、遵循并参与设计规范与设计系统的建设，推动产品体验的一致性与可扩展性； 5、关注AI技术在电商设计领域的应用趋势，积极探索并应用AI工具提升设计效率与创意产出，尝试将AI生成能力与设计工作流结合，探索从需求理解到设计交付的提效新路径，沉淀可复用的AI辅助设计方法与最佳实践。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限；人机交互、交互设计、体验设计等相关专业优先，同时欢迎计算机、信息工程、数据科学、软件工程等工科背景同学投递； 2、具备良好的逻辑思维与分析能力，能够理解复杂场景与用户需求，并将其转化为清晰、可落地的设计方案； 3、具备扎实的设计基础和良好的审美判断，熟悉Figma、Sketch、PS等主流设计工具，以及Figma AI、Midjourney、ChatGPT、Cursor等AI辅助设计工具，有完整作品集者优先； 4、熟悉用户研究方法与产品分析方法，能够运用访谈、问卷、可用性测试等研究手段挖掘用户痛点与机会点，结合产品调研输出有依据的设计策略； 5、具备国际化视野，对不同市场和文化背景下的用户行为差异有一定认知，能够从跨文化视角思考产品体验设计，关注全球设计趋势与行业最佳实践； 6、对AI赋能设计有实际探索和实践意识，有过AI工具辅助设计创作的经验者优先（包括但不限于生成式AI辅助原型探索、AI驱动的视觉创意、Prompt工程与设计工作流结合等），对新技术和设计趋势保持敏感。
