1、AI产品体验设计：负责AI电商导购（如电商AIGC内容生成、对话式购物助手等）的端到端用户体验设计，包括用户研究、概念发散、信息架构、交互设计和UI视觉落地； 2、定义AI设计模式：探索并建立适用于电商场景的AI设计语言与组件库（如多模态结果展示、对话式交互等），为团队树立设计标准； 3、跨职能协同创新：与产品经理、AI工程师、数据科学家紧密合作，将复杂的AI技术能力转化为直观、可信赖、甚至愉悦的用户价值； 4、用户研究：规划并执行可用性测试与用户访谈，深度理解用户在AI产品前的困惑、信任与期望，基于数据和用户反馈，持续驱动设计优化与迭代； 5、前瞻性探索：持续追踪AI/ML领域的设计趋势与技术突破，主动发起创新设计项目，探索AI在提升电商转化、满意度与粘性方面的全新可能性。

1、5年以上UX/UI设计经验，拥有成功上市的数字产品设计案例，必须提供个人作品集，其中需清晰展示你参与过的AI相关功能项目（如推荐系统、智能助手、搜索、语音交互、生成式AI应用等），并阐述你的设计决策过程和最终影响； 2、对AI技术（如大语言模型、计算机视觉、推荐算法）的基本原理和局限性有认知，能就此与工程师进行有效沟通，理解AI产品的独特设计挑战，例如：如何设计用于“不完美”或概率性输出的界面、如何建立用户信任、如何引导用户与AI高效协作； 3、精通Figma、Sketch等主流设计工具，并能利用原型工具（如ProtoPie、Framer）生动地展示动态和交互概念，具备扎实的交互设计基础，对信息架构、用户流程和界面美学有深刻理解； 4、具备卓越的沟通与叙事能力，能够清晰、有说服力地向不同背景的合作伙伴阐述复杂的设计方案和价值，有强烈的好奇心与自驱力，对AI和电商的未来充满好奇，能主动在模糊和快节奏的环境中创造清晰度，并驱动项目前进； 5、以用户为中心的设计理念，始终将用户需求放在首位，并在技术可行性和商业目标之间找到最佳平衡点，有电商平台或复杂B2C产品的设计经验； 6、具备AR/VR或其它沉浸式体验的设计经验，有基本的动效创意、脚本能力（如Python）或对技术原型（如GPT或API）有动手实验的经验。
