1、参与剪映等产品的特效素材生产与交付，负责渲染链路、图像处理工具、预览/导出等能力建设，持续提升素材供给效率与质量； 2、负责素材生产工具和渲染效果生产能力的研发迭代，包括OpenGL/Shader效果实现、图层合成、动效预览、素材处理流程优化等方向； 3、结合业务需求优化素材生产链路，定位并解决性能、画质、兼容性和工程效率问题，推动生产效率与效果质量提升； 4、与设计、运营、算法等角色协作，将创意需求转化为可复用、可规模化的素材生产能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、图形学、数字媒体技术、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的专业基础与开发能力： 1）具备扎实的工程开发能力，熟悉C++/JavaScript/TypeScript/Python等至少一种语言，能独立完成模块设计、开发、调试与问题定位； 2）熟悉图形渲染基础，理解渲染管线、纹理、坐标变换、混合、离屏渲染等概念； 3）具备较好的图形/图像处理基础，理解分层、蒙版、抠图、图像增强、去噪、修复、滤镜、合成、透明通道等基础知识，能够结合业务场景完成素材处理与质量优化。

优先考虑具备以下经验者： 1、有OpenGL、OpenGL ES、WebGL、Metal、Vulkan或Shader/GLSL开发经验者； 2、有特效生产工具、动效编辑器、视频/图像处理工具、素材创作工具链、跨端性能优化或兼容性治理经验者； 3、有成熟的特效素材、图形渲染效果、图像处理工具或相关业务落地案例者； 4、熟悉AIGC、Agent或LLM的基础调用方式，或有Prompt、工具调用、自动质检、素材分析、内容归类等AI辅助生产经验者优先，该方向作为加分项，不作为岗位硬性要求。
