1、完整参与CapCut产品营销的市场活动策划与执行； 2、内容与创意营销：挖掘国际化热点趋势（尤其是AI热点内容），策划创意功能推广内容，参与营销项目策划，协助内容制作（图文、视频脚本等），共创有影响力、有创意的传播项目；同时落地传播投稿活动，对接并管理多平台KOL、KOC合作，跟进传播内容上线并监测传播效果；审核周度内容规划、发布文案、封面及视频内容，确保内容质量与品牌调性一致，参与内容策略制定，提升笔记互动率与粉丝增长率； 3、项目管理：参与品牌活动策划与流程管理，负责跨部门沟通协调，以及活动现场的创意策划、物料设计与制作；主动识别潜在风险，推动问题解决，保障项目交付的稳定性与确定性； 4、数据分析：周期性整理推广数据，以数据为导向优化调整推广策略；产品调研：密切关注行业及产品动态，根据项目提供研究分析支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读，新传、广告/营销、艺术/设计相关专业优先； 2、实习期3个月，每周保证4天到岗，掌握基本图片制作、视频剪辑能力，剪映深度用户优先； 3、网感强、有创意脑洞，熟知流量热点和趋势；文字功底扎实、审美在线，能独立完成创意策划与文案撰写；具备风险意识，能识别、预见各类风险（如达人退出、内容不佳、交付延迟、产品表达偏差等）的发生可能，并及时预警与反馈处理； 4、熟悉国际主流平台X/Instagram/TikTok/YouTube，以及国内平台调性，有上述平台运营经验者优先； 5、英语可作为工作语言，有留学、国际生活经验、雅思托福高分者优先。
