1、负责剪映的PC端AI视频编辑方向的大模型在端上落地，使用SFT、量化、剪枝、蒸馏等技术对视频创作场景重塑； 2、负责大模型的接入后的推理优化和体验优化，更好地满足业务需求； 3、负责剪辑场景的数据集建设。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的数据结构和算法基础，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于C++/Python等； 3、熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch等框架，有自然语言处理（NLP）或多模态生成模型项目经验者优先； 4、熟悉大模型理论知识和应用，熟悉常见大模型架构，有大模型预训练、微调或推理优化经验者优先； 5、对AI感兴趣，有AI实践经验者优先； 6、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月及以上。
