日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、达人挖掘与筛选：基于CapCut国际推广策略，在等平台筛选匹配的国际垂类达人并推进合作； 2、营销活动落地执行：协助策划推广简报，跟进达人内容制作、审核、发布全流程，把控内容质量，确保推广内容贴合产品卖点与国际用户喜好，保障推广活动顺利落地； 3、数据复盘与效果优化：统计达人VV、点赞、评论、引流转化等推广数据，总结优质内容、推广hook与达人筛选标准，迭代优化推广策略； 4、产品与行业调研：跟踪国际同类AI工具产品的达人营销玩法、热门内容形式、爆款选题，收集国际社媒AI赛道热点趋势，快速落地热点玩法与工具功能结合的社媒内容上线。

1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、广告、国际商务、英语、新媒体、传媒等相关专业优先； 2、英语读写流利，CET-6及以上，可独立完成英文简报撰写，无障碍看懂国际社媒内容，小语种加分； 3、熟悉TikTok/YouTube/Instagram任意1-2个国际主流平台，了解国际达人营销基本逻辑，对AI工具、AI模型、国际互联网有浓厚兴趣，有相关实习经验优先； 4、熟练使用基础办公工具，可完成数据统计，具备基础数据分析能力，细心严谨、执行力强； 5、沟通协调能力良好，主动高效、做事有闭环，具备学习能力和复盘意识； 6、有国际达人/KOL对接、跨境营销、社媒运营、AI产品相关实习经历优先。
