日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、主导剪映创作信号、创意工具、AIGC素材领域的算法工作，聚焦在创作领域的多模态内容理解能力、创作信号挖掘与应用能力、创意复刻发散与碰撞能力、视觉可控生成与编辑能力等研究方向，致力于提升智能创作的能力上限； 2、结合不同内容创作场景与用户创作偏好，构建创作信号+工具+素材融合的差异化生态竞争力，充分激发LLM/VLM基模潜力与成熟Agent架构优势，系统构建涵盖创作前中后的主动创作引导能力，持续培养用户对智能创作的认知。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有扎实的计算机视觉、人工智能、大模型等方面的基础知识，数学功底扎实、学习能力强； 3、有扎实的编码能力，理解实际业务场景Agent设计理念，熟悉主流的深度学习训练框架、工程框架等，熟悉NLP、CV、ML等相关的技术，掌握大模型相关技术栈（如GRPO/PPO/DPO、SFT/RFT、CT、PE等），有模型训练实操经验者优先； 4、有独立的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情；对技术有热情，自驱力强；有良好的团队合作意识、沟通表达能力； 5、在计算机科学会议和期刊如NIPS、ICML、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、IJCAI、AAAI、KDD、SIGIR、WWW、ACL、PAMI、IJCV等发表论文或有竞赛经验者优先； 6、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月以上。
